Refund Policy

Standard (Non-Custom) Items

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Custom Prints, Stationery, Mini Kits & Restoration Work

  • Personalized and restoration items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive faulty.
  • In the event of an error on our part (such as an incorrect name, number, or design defect), we will provide a correction or issue a full refund.

The Return Process

  1. Contact us via email at clubjjfc@outlook.com within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Our team will verify your request and provide detailed return instructions and the return address.
  3. Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within several business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Please provide clear photographs of the fault or error to clubjjfc@outlook.com.
  • Confirmed faulty items will be eligible for a replacement or a return with shipping costs covered by us.

Additional Information

  • We cannot process unsolicited returns; please contact us before sending any items.
  • Customized and restored products are exempt from standard cancellation rights under Consumer Contracts Regulations.
