1. About Us
Club JJFC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a specialized provider of football shirt restoration services and memorabilia. For all inquiries, please contact us at clubjjfc@outlook.com. Our trading address for product returns is available upon request in accordance with our formal Returns Policy.

2. Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and formal acceptance by Club JJFC. Prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Custom Name Sets & Restorations
Due to the bespoke nature of our services, all custom name sets and restoration orders are non-refundable unless verified as faulty. Once the restoration process or production of a custom item has commenced, these orders cannot be cancelled. Please be aware that working with vintage fabrics involves inherent risks due to the age of the materials; our liability in such cases is limited to the value of the service provided.

4. Standard Goods
Non-customized items may be returned within the timeframe and conditions specified in our comprehensive Returns Policy.

5. Payment
Payments are securely processed at checkout. All products remain the legal property of Club JJFC until full payment has been received and cleared by our banking partner.

6. Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 to 5 working days. While we endeavour to provide timely delivery, Club JJFC is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or carrier issues once the goods have been dispatched.

7. Liability
Club JJFC shall not be held liable for damage resulting from misuse, improper washing techniques, or standard wear and tear over time. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the original purchase value of the order.

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
