Restoration Terms & Conditions
1. Assessment & Right to Terminate Work
Upon arrival, every garment undergoes a thorough assessment. If a restoration is deemed too high-risk or unlikely to achieve a satisfactory result, we reserve the right to decline the work. Any payments made for unprocessed services will be fully refunded.
2. Materials & Restoration Process
Since original transfers are frequently discontinued, we utilise premium modern vinyls sourced within the UK. To prevent dye migration, custom namesets are produced using specialist block-out materials. Certain sponsor logos may be recreated using advanced DTF techniques where appropriate. While adhesive and mark removal is generally effective, total removal cannot be guaranteed, and faint residues may persist. Please Note: Professional cleaning agents are utilised; although items are laundered post-restoration, customers with severe skin sensitivities should exercise caution before wear.
3. Liability & Shipping
Customers are responsible for the safe transit of items to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged during inbound shipping. For return outgoing compensation for loss or damage is limited to the amount of cover purchased with your chosen shipping method.
4. Colour Matching & Alignment
While we strive for perfection, absolute colour matching and identical sponsor alignment cannot be guaranteed. Minor variances in shade or placement fall within our standard restoration tolerances and are considered acceptable.
5. Stain & Mark Removal
Total eradication of stains is not guaranteed. Depending on the fabric type, age, and nature of the mark, some restorations may only result in a partial improvement rather than complete removal.
6. Turnaround Timeframe
Estimated turnaround times commence only once your garment has been physically received. Please note that weekends and UK public holidays are excluded from our processing timeframe calculations.
